She currently leads the onboarding and upskilling of Sales and Commercial teams at Kellanova.
With a distinguished career spanning 18 years in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, she has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Deans, Coca-Cola, and Kellogg's (now Kellanova). Her unwavering focus on Education, Experience, and Exposure has spearheaded impactful transformations and exposure to countless professional roles in various cross-functional departments such as Customer Relations, Distribution, Route Planning, Marketing, Retail Sales, Account Sales, Innovation Operations, and L&D.
She has achieved several notable accomplishments throughout her career. First, she had the privilege of leading a successful and experienced team that became top performers in the market. Second, she led the end-to-end innovation process for four years, introducing over 100 products yearly at a Coca-Cola bottling operation. Third, she has gained experience working in both the front and back of the business throughout her 19 years, and she is proud to share her knowledge and expertise with her colleagues today.
Her professional life is not the sole source of fulfillment for her. She's also a devoted mother and spouse, and their close-knit family draws strength from one another. Their beloved bearded dragon adds wonder to their lives as their cherished family pet. These personal values of love, support, and joy are not just integral to her personal life, but also to her approach in the workplace. She strives to create an environment that not only fosters growth and empowerment but also values and respects each individual's unique contributions.
