Naushaba is a communications specialist who has worked across a spectrum of companies ranging from multinationals to startups. As the Director, Head of PR & Communications at Zilingo, Naushaba has grown the in-house press office from one person to a high-performing team of eleven globally. Her PR strategy for the brand and its spokespeople has advanced Zilingo’s value proposition as an industry leader and landed its founders coveted features in influential media outlets such as Forbes, Fortune and Bloomberg. As a strategic and results-oriented leader, she firmly believes in the power of integrated communications as an enabler towards achieving business goals.

Before Zilingo, Naushaba worked with renowned organizations like Alibaba Group, the World Bank and Marriott International, she has also spent five years as a Senior News Correspondent on national television in Bangladesh.

Naushaba completed her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from Hunter College, New York, and holds a Master’s degree in Development Management and Practice from BRAC University. She is currently in the process of completing her Executive education in Circular Economy and Sustainable Strategies from the Judge Business School at University of Cambridge, UK.

Naushaba champions diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and is passionate about causes that raise awareness about women’s empowerment. She also actively advocates against domestic violence and sexual harassment towards women.
