Mauricio Orantes

Mauricio Orantes is a Digital Jack of Many Trades with 15 years of experience. Mauricio found his calling in ambiguous and dynamic start-up environments. That digital field allowed Mauricio to grow into multi-faceted roles with each new experience building upon the last. Over time finding clarity in those environments he leveraged those experiences to deliver value to growing businesses.

In a Partner Development Capacity, he currently champions Digital Transformation with partners for Microsoft Ads products and services varied segments (ie. Automotive, Services, Generalists, SaaS, etc.). His day-to-day includes reboot and support efforts such as joint product positioning, partnerships within the industry, sales enablement training, thought leadership, and C-level growth forecasting and business alignment.

His unique style has been a defining management strategy to bring out the best in everyone, instill pride, and mobilize my teams to be their best. Outside of his 9-to-5 role, Mauricio works with several organizations to influence representation from a workforce perspective and product standpoint. Representation matters and building inroads along with development opportunities will retain top talent.
