Marie-Laure Curie

Marie-Laure's unconventional career path has seen her working in over 15 countries across three continents, working in various global organisations. She was previously the Senior Consultant on Design Thinking at the ITG Groupe.

Marie discovered design thinking about 11 years ago and fell in love with the methodology. As Head of Learning and Performance for PSI, she developed a customised design thinking process and facilitated 'Train the Trainers' sessions in order to deploy design thinking in the 70 countries where this organisation worked. She then moved back to France and worked for a lead European adult training organisation as Director for Global Bespoke Training Solutions (most of them focused on digital transformation) and design thinking trainer. She is now an independent consultant.
