Manish Chawda

Manish has over 24 years of experience developing innovative technical solutions for multinational companies. He co-founded Pragma, a CREST-approved global provider of cybersecurity solutions that helps organisations safeguard valuable information assets.

He formerly headed up the technology risk departments at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Grant Thornton, Manish is now a partner at Pragma, a cybersecurity consultancy that helps clients enact strategic and tactical solutions to cyber risk issues.

Manish has helped over 80 banks achieve compliance with regulatory requirements and assisted government agencies and international law enforcement agencies with technology process improvements. He has also investigated two of Singapore’s biggest banking hacking incidents and worked closely with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to identify the root cause and process weaknesses.

He has also trained with US ex-blackhat hackers to gain a greater understanding of the hacker’s mindset.

He has the following certifications - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Check Point Security Expert (CCSE), Actividentity CMS, IBM Tivoli, LogLogic, and RSA SecurID.
