Lalit Jagtiani

As an innovation and transformation specialist, Lalit coaches and mentors start-ups. He is also a Senior Facilitator at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, he moderates engaging discussions and fosters a dynamic exchange of ideas.

He previously spent over 18 years at SAP and held multiple leadership positions. He was most recently the Regional Vice President at SAP, leading go-to-market and business development, and transformation initiatives in APAC and Japan.

Before this, he was a Digital Thought Leader at SAP and worked with SAP’s top accounts to help develop new business models by leveraging on SAP’s suite of solutions. He helped clients create business value by driving transformation using innovation areas such as Machine Learning, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things. Lalit is also a Design Thinking Champion for APJ, an insight-based moderation (thinking) methodology for creative workshops at the senior executive level.

Lalit also co-founded LeadThink – a platform for leaders and professionals to showcase their capabilities by sharing their personal insights and experiences of driving successful transformation in their organisations.

In addition, Lalit authored the book 'When Change Happens...A story of Organisation Transformation.”
