Lalit Jagtiani

Lalit has over 13 years of experience in Innovation and Transformation with SAP. As the former Digital Thought Leader at SAP, Lalit worked with SAP’s top accounts to help develop new business models by leveraging on SAP’s suite of solutions. He helped clients create business value by driving transformation using innovation areas such as Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Internet of Things. Lalit is also a Design Thinking Champion for APJ, an insight-based moderation (thinking) methodology for creative workshops at the senior executive level.

Lalit also co-founded LeadThink – a platform for leaders and professionals to showcase their capabilities by sharing their personal insights and experiences of driving successful transformation in their organisations.

In addition, Lalit authored the book 'When Change Happens...A story of Organisation Transformation.”
