Kit Lim has more than 15 years of professional experience and a strong background in both commercial and people development. A strong believer of great EX (employee experience) leads to great CX (client experience), she is experienced and passionate about diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, employee engagement and culture.

She also enjoys coaching people to help them find solutions to their problems and leveraging the power of a diverse and inclusive culture to enhance capability, engagement and performance for the organisation. Kit is also passionate about personal well-being and mindfulness and has been actively involved in these causes at the workplace. She is motivated to inspire people towards living a healthy work-life balance.

Prior to joining Swire Shipping as the Global Head of Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she spent more than 12 years in the legal industry focusing on international business development work and marketing communications. She also had prior stints in the IT, F&B and professional services sector.
