Kit Lim is a culture and inclusion leader, ex-entrepreneur, mentor and coach. She is currently the Global Head of Culture and Inclusion in a maritime company and is experienced in organisation culture, employee experience and building inclusive workplaces. Prior to that, she has more than 15 years of experience in business development, client relationship management and marketing communications,

As a coach, she enjoys coaching people to help them find solutions to their problems and leveraging the power of a diverse and inclusive culture to enhance capability, engagement and performance for the organisation. She is also passionate in areas relating to employee wellbeing, engagement, and self-care. Kit regularly speaks about these topics and have spoken at events hosted by organisations such as Google, GSK, HSBC, Lockton, British High Commission Singapore, Jobstreet, amongst others.

In her free time, Kit enjoys a good book and a good conversation over a cup of hot chocolate.
