Full Bio Karen Hopkins is an EY partner and the Global Brand, Marketing and Communications leader. With more than 30 years’ experience, Karen is responsible for developing and executing the global brand, marketing and communications strategy for global professional services organization EY across more than 150 countries. She leads the BMC function of over 2,000 people and has responsibility for the organization’s global corporate responsibility program EY Ripples, that has an ambition to positively impact one billion lives by 2030.
During a career at EY of more than 25 years, Karen has held national, regional, Area and global roles in marketing, communications and operations in Sydney, Perth, London and Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in leading local and cross-border teams and is passionate about building people’s careers, diversity and inclusion.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Curtin University, Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment, FINSIA. She is a member of the Global Board of Governors, Junior Achievement Worldwide.
