Before Waymo, she was the Regional Manager of Learning & Development at Grab, where she focused on leadership development and scalable learning. She also writes for Harvard Business Review about leadership, organizational culture, and wellbeing.
She has also been a consultant at Stanford GSB and a director of an entrepreneurship program at MIT. She has an MBA from Harvard and a master's degree in clinical psychology from Columbia University.
