Jordana Valencia

Jordana is the Regional Manager of Learning & Development at Grab, where she focuses on leadership development and scalable learning. She also writes for Harvard Business Review about leadership, organizational culture, and wellbeing. Previously, she was a consultant at Stanford GSB and a director of an entrepreneurship program at MIT. She has an MBA from Harvard and a masters in clinical psychology from Columbia University.
