As Managing Director of the Autodesk Foundation, Jean has overseen investment in a portfolio of over 100 ventures and organizations innovating new technologies and solutions to address climate change mitigation, adaptation and workforce development. She also leads impact management and measurement at the Foundation. Since 2021, Jean has also served as a Director on Autodesk’s corporate Impact & ESG team where she oversees the company’s internal decarbonization efforts including related reporting and investments to achieve greenhouse gas emissions neutralization.
Jean has more than two decades of experience working in impact investing & grantmaking, social ventures, finance and operations in the US, Asia and Africa. Prior to joining Autodesk, Jean was the VP of Business Operations at Driptech, a for-profit social enterprise focused on low cost irrigation technologies for smallholder farmers which was acquired by an Indian conglomerate in 2015. She started her career as a Fellow in the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development working on affordable housing across New York City. Jean received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BS with Honors in Urban Studies from Cornell University.
