Jason is an experienced sales leader with over 24 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) food industry. Currently, Jason serves as VP of Sales for one of Kraft Heinz’s three business units as part of the cross-functional leadership team, running the P&L of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of brands. He’s responsible for creating and synthesizing sales execution strategies, assigning targets and budgets, and works with the entire US Sales organization to bring those plans to life. In addition to his time in customer-facing roles, Jason also spent several years in sales strategy, change management, training, and organizational development. These roles gave him a deeper perspective on what motivates people and makes them strong, passionate leaders. Fun Fact Jason wrote, performed, and engineered music for two indie films made in Chicago.
