Jair Clarke

Jair has been and is a global leader for four Fortune 50 companies – Lockheed Martin, IBM, Disney and Microsoft – where he’s overseen worldwide innovation, product management, digital transformation, data science, emerging tech and experiences, automation, governance, and more. He has over $1B+ global P&L experience and formally held roles as the executive champion of diversity and inclusion for his companies. He is currently global CTO for Commercial Systems & Business Intelligence across all industries for Microsoft's Customers & Partners Solutions $100B+ business, he is responsible for advancing the digital transformation of this business.

Prior to his current role, Jair was responsible for Disney’s digital analytics, business strategy technologies and roadmaps supporting the Chief Commercial Officer. His tech and business scope spanned influencing traditional and non-traditional monetization, products, investments, and emerging experiences. He personally engineered humanitarian assistance software between the United States and 27 African countries (personally delivering the software to each country president).

Jair was a leader for IBM’s Watson, held a U.S. Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance, oversaw all technical capabilities for the United States counter-narcotics command partnering with various government agencies (e.g. CIA, FBI), increased business revenue by 800% within 2 years, and consistently doubled annual revenue.

Jair’s been recognized by the National Diversity Council, and received the following honors: Disney Global Technology Vibrancy Award (10 times), U.S. Military Admiral/General Commander Coin Award (8 times), Disney Global Technology Award (3 times), Lockheed Martin Corporate STAR Award, featured in Lockheed Martin & IBM publications, annual IBM Corporate Honorary Speaker, multiple IBM excellence awards, and the honorary speaker for the National Symposium.
