Grace is a passionate human capitalist - believing that the best companies are those that are able to effectively leverage their talent in the volatile, uncertain and increasingly complex world we live and operate in. She is currently the Head of HR for Accenture ASEAN and part of the Global HR Management Committee. Grace is responsible for Accenture’s ASEAN talent strategy and HR service delivery. She also works with HR business partners in ASEAN to bring Accenture’s talent ambition to life in this important growth market. She led her team to win multiple awards within and outside of Accenture, including HR innovation and Inclusion & Diversity awards.
Prior to this, Grace was the COO of Group HR at DBS. She was responsible for building and running new HR capabilities such as Human Capital Analytics, HR communications and marketing, HR innovation, employee experience and journeys. Before becoming a human resources practitioner, she was a Managing Director at Accenture with 15 years’ experience and a track record of achieving business outcomes for her clients. She delivered more than 20 projects across Financial Services companies in a number of countries in Asia as well as the Public Service in Singapore.
Grace has written and published a number of research papers and articles across a variety of human capital topics and has been published in a number of newspapers, business and HR magazines across Asia. She is a member of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Professional Practice’s committee and has also served on the HR Committee of National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) since March 2019.
