Additionally, he is the President of GL Performance Consulting, where he brings over three decades of experience in consulting and training as a transformation leader, global learning leader, facilitator, coach, and strategic performance consultant.

His forte lies in developing programs and facilitating engaging workshops that teach practical skills using interactive learning methods. Gordon's primary passion is improving group effectiveness by working with diverse teams, be it by introducing techniques that foster better interpersonal dynamics or utilizing process improvement tools to enhance problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
