Frank Koo

Frank has over 30 years of experience across different companies in technology and education. Prior to LinkedIn, he was Chief Operating Officer at BE Education. Frank has no dearth of leadership experience: he was President of Learning Solutions for APAC at Pearson Education, and Managing Director for Singapore and South Asia Growth Economies at Oracle.

Frank’s background is in internet, technology and education, and he has experience in a variety of areas. These include organizational development, human capital management, business development, sales and marketing, cloud computing, social media, experiential and digital learning. He often speaks in industry conferences on digital transformation, the future of work, leadership, employee engagement, and e-learning. As a way of giving back to the community, Frank serves on numerous advisory boards in business associations and schools.
