Filiz Akdede

Filiz Akdede has an impressive career history, having held various leadership roles in HP, including the role of Managing Director of HP Turkey for 5.5 years, and currently as the EMEA Large Format General Manager. She has been recognized as one of the 'Most Powerful Women CEO in Turkey' by The Economist and Fortune in 2017 and 2018. Filiz has also served in various committees and boards, such as the 'Employment & Diversity Committee' at the B20 Summit and as a Board member of AmCham. Filiz served as Retail Sales Director for the Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa Region, managing a total value of $900m in sales per year, developing the retail structure with end-to-end marketing responsibility. She is currently a member of EADA sustainability committee and is a keynote speaker at conferences and seminars on topics such as Sustainability, Mega Trends, Change Management, Women Leadership, and Creating High Performance Teams.
