Filiz Akdede

Filiz Akdede is the Global Head of Go-To-Market for 3D Printing at HP. She has been with HP for over 27 years and has held multiple leadership positions including Category Manager Consumer Sales Director, Commercial Sales Director and Country General Manager.

Before becoming the Global Head, she was the Managing Director of HP Turkey for three years and drove Large Format Printing for EMEA as General Manager in Barcelona for five years.

Filiz has also served as Retail Sales Director for the Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa Region, driving sales of $900m per year and developing retail structure with end-to-end marketing responsibility.

She was selected one of the ‘Most Powerful Women CEO in Turkey’ by The Economist and Fortune in 2017 & 2018.

She graduated from Istanbul Bosphorus University Faculty of Economics and from Stanford University’s Leadership Program.

Filiz Akdede attended the B20 Summit as a member of “Employment & Diversity Committee”, worked as a Board member of AmCham and worked as the lead of the ‘ICT Committee’ for the biggest business affiliate in Turkey (TUSIAD). She is a member of the EADA sustainability committee. She has also been the keynote speaker at seminars and conferences, offering insights on Sustainability, Mega Trends, Change Management, Women Leadership, and Creating High Performance Teams.
