Erin Beilharz, Principal Consultant at Lufthansa Systems, operates at the forefront of rapid innovation and complex corporate growth. As a key influencer in aviation innovation, technology, and sustainability, Erin excels at scaling and commercializing intrapreneurship within companies and forging partnerships with startups and corporations. Her expertise spans AI, advanced materials, alternative fuels, future powertrains, automation, advanced air mobility, green energy, quantum computing, and alternative plastics.

Erin founded the CleanTech Hub at the Lufthansa Group, a comprehensive scouting, scaling, and funding initiative for aviation technology. This hub has successfully integrated over 20 tech projects into Lufthansa Group companies, focusing on alternative fuels, alternative plastics and waste solutions, AI, lightweighting, hydrogen, and future aircraft technologies. Currently, Erin is leading Responsible AI initiatives, implementing green coding across the organization, and has recently established an applied Neuroscience Lab.
