Emil Jersling

For over 20 years, Emil has thrived on launching new ventures and leading entrepreneurial teams across diverse industries and geographies. His experience spans e-commerce, building Groupon Belgium and similar companies in 10 different countries. His work also covers tech, developing vibration energy harvesting and advanced laser systems in China for over 6 years and was the Chief Information Officer at Mergenthaler Laser until September 2024.

He is an AI Product Consultant at Buildink.io, enhancing user interaction for the AI tool transforming the early stages of digital product development. He also mentors start-up on areas such as operational execution, inclusive leadership and data-informed decision making.

He loves to grow, by going outside of his comfort zone, like learning to do stand-up. Since he started at the end of 2022 he's done over 50 performances, entertaining audiences of 300 people.
