In recent years, DC has specialized in transformation initiatives across Data Management, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Operational Risk, Financial Crime Compliance, and obligations registers. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in large-scale M&A-driven transformations, navigating the complex integration challenges that followed industry consolidation.

DC’s foundation in capital markets is deep and hands-on. He has built algorithmic trading and FX margin trading systems on both the buy-side and the sell-side, with extensive experience in trading and settlement platforms.

An innovator at heart, DC is driven by a deep curiosity about how things work—and how they can be improved, whether through incremental refinements or disruptive change. This mindset led him to found KarmaVotes, a social enterprise platform launched over a decade ago. Despite initial setbacks, the venture reached breakeven in 2021, a testament to his resilience and commitment to meaningful innovation.
