Daorong Lin

Daorong is a workforce strategy and people analytics practitioner who is passionate about driving performance and maximising the potential of an organisation's people. He is currently the Senior Manager, Global People Analytics & Org Strategy at PayPal.

Prior to his current global role at PayPal, he held a combination of in-house, commercial and consulting roles at LinkedIn, Robert Walters and the Singapore Economic Development Board. He led these organisations through transformations, hypergrowth, and mergers and acquisitions with the use of impactful, data-driven talent strategies and techniques.
