Dakshita Gandhi

As the Strategy and Market Insights Lead at Shopee, Dakshita drives in-depth analysis of APAC markets across e-commerce, logistics, and Fintech sectors to improve performance.

Before joining Shopee, Dakshita was the Business Head at Zilingo, a B2B e-commerce unicorn in Asia where she held multiple leadership positions. She led Zilingo’s SEA business across all markets and business units. She is also a Co-Founder of Zilingo’s Indonesia business, which she set up from scratch and helped grow into a $200M+ venture and the region’s largest fashion marketplace.

Prior to Zilingo, Dakshita worked in consulting at Bain & Company, India where she built her expertise in problem-solving and analytical thinking while working across projects in the retail, private equity and technology sectors.

She holds an MBA from INSEAD and is an Andy Burgess Scholar for Social Entrepreneurship. She also led the Technology and Women in Business Clubs and is a passionate advocate of gender equality.
