Charles Ferguson

Charles has a passion for solving problems, technology, and building great teams. His vast experience has seen him working with leading brands such as SAP, Salesforce Microsoft, Intel and ADP. He is currently the GM of Asia at Globalization Partners – a human resourcing service that helps businesses to hire anywhere within a few days through its Global Expansion Platform™.

Prior to his current role, Charles was Group Chief Commercial Officer for the Tricor Group. During his time there, he designed and executed their global sales, marketing, and product innovation strategy. Prior to this, Charles was President & GM for APAC at ADP, a payroll giant.

Outside of his corporate career, Charles co-founded ReedHamilton, which focused on talent acquisition to Go-To-Market strategy across industries.
