Charity Blue

Charity Blue has been with Morningstar for seven years, focusing on ESG and sustainability since 2019. As the Director of Sustainability, she co-founded Morningstar’s first Enterprise Sustainability team, collaborating with the Head of Sustainability to centralize the company’s sustainability strategy. In her role, Charity oversees corporate sustainability reporting, including regulatory compliance, data management, communications, and partnerships. She is also a regular contributor to sustainability thought leadership on Morningstar.com.

In addition to her work at Morningstar, Charity teaches Sustainable Business Management at Loyola University Chicago, guiding both undergraduate and graduate students. She earned her MBA in 2021 as part of the inaugural cohort at Loyola's Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise & Responsibility.
