Throughout his career, Carter has experienced success in both private and public companies, contributing to the success of three IPOs: Excite@Home, Salesforce.com, and MobileIron. His leadership acumen spans various areas, including automation, business technology, security, and IT operations. Notably, he is currently engaged in initiatives leveraging natural language processing (NLP) to enhance the employee experience and driving advancements in security automation at Workato.
In addition to his professional achievements, Carter takes pride in being the owner of a minivan. On weekends, he enthusiastically drives his three kids and the family dog to soccer and baseball games. Although his kids may not share his enthusiasm for the minivan, Carter embraces the joy of family time and supporting his children's activities.
