Prior to Concordusa, I was the CRO of Milestone's Technologies, where I successfully spearheaded the transformation of the company's Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and fostered a culture that prioritized employees and performance excellence. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in building and maturing the sales, marketing, and sales operations functions, with a strong emphasis on operational discipline and maximizing digital return on investment (ROI) to drive enterprise sales and brand growth. Under my leadership, the sales organization achieved remarkable results, including doubling Milestone's revenues, increasing EBITDA, and expanding our portfolio of new logo customers. These achievements ultimately paved the way for Milestone's successful acquisition by a private equity firm in December 2022.
Before joining Milestone Technologies, I held a significant position at IBM as the Head of US Sales for the Financial Services sector. In this capacity, I led strategic initiatives across a range of areas, including Red Hat, Cloud, Digital Workplace Services, Data Center, Security, and other infrastructure services. Through my strategic approach and leadership, I transformed the business, resulting in improved revenue performance and heightened levels of customer and employee engagement.
Prior to my tenure at IBM, I dedicated over 15 years of my career to Thomson Reuters, where I held leadership positions within the Enterprise Information and Platform business, primarily focusing on the financial services industry. During my time at Thomson Reuters, I excelled in roles related to product management, revenue generation, and sales. I played a significant role in fostering the growth of the Enterprise platform ecosystem and data revenues across regions spanning the United States, EMEA, and APAC. This international exposure provided me with valuable insights and enabled me to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures.

My leadership philosophy centers on empathy, strategic clarity, accountability, and operational governance, empowering employees to attain their goals. Effective communication is a cornerstone of my leadership, and I frequently participate in industry events, sharing my extensive knowledge of IT services, Cloud, SaaS, Automation, and market data trends that shape our industry. I hold an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, underscoring my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
