Ankesh Grover

Ankesh thrives on building and managing high performing teams and helping individuals grow, while driving business impact. He currently Heads the Partner Engineering teams for Google Search for all of APAC. His teams work on helping partners and publishers integrate with Google to power consumer-facing experiences on Google Search and News.

Prior to this, Ankesh led several different teams at Google's Trust and Safety organisation. He is passionate about using technology to improve people's lives, something he not only gets to do as part of his day job at Google, but is also his investment thesis – Ankesh actively looks for and invests in startups across SEA, and has already invested in three such startups.

Ankesh is an active mentor, both inside and outside of Google, where he coaches students, early professionals and mid-level managers.
