Aniruddha Ganguly

Having held senior positions at UBS, Barclays, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, and E&Y, Aniruddha has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, financial services and wealth management. He currently builds revenue and practice management capabilities for clients at 360ONE Wealth.

Aniruddha’s previous experiences in wealth management have spanned internal strategy, project management, and leading change & business management functions in Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and Australia. He previously co-founded and lead Negobot, a pioneering platform which combines negotiation algorithms and AI communications bots.

He has also spent over seven years at UBS as a business head for the Financial Intermediaries segment for UBS Wealth Management. Before that, he was Head of Change Management in Asia for Barclays Wealth Management. Prior to this, Aniruddha was a management consultant with a focus on financial services and telecom at BCG, Bain & Company, and E&Y.
