Alexander Krasavin

Alex, Aon's Enterprise Client Leader in the APAC region, brings over two decades of consulting expertise spanning high-tech, life sciences, and financial services sectors across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, and North America. His broad skill set includes talent management, rewards, project management, workforce analytics, operational improvement, stakeholder engagement, post-merger integration, organizational restructuring, strategic expansion, and cost efficiency best practices.

Before his current role, Alex served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Human Capital Solutions business in APAC. Joining Aon in 2017, he initiated the APAC & MEA business for Radford, concentrating on clients in the Tech and Life Sciences industries. Prior to Aon, Alex held leadership roles, including leading Mercer’s Life Sciences offerings in Asia Pacific and serving as the product leader for their workforce analytics offerings in APAC, ME, and Africa.

With a background at Oliver Wyman in the Middle East and Africa and Capgemini in North America and the UK, Alex has a rich history of client focus in the Tech Sector.
