After the success of the new and improved “Innovation Day” at the R&D centre in Shanghai in the previous podcast on Pillar 2, Tim Wieringa and his team were asked by this global chemical company to work with their branch in Thailand. They taught the Thai team how to make the ideas they came up with during Innovation Day a reality through the process of trial and learning.
