Ted Ganten

Throughout his career and still today, Ted holds a strong emphasis on communication, lean governance structures, and strategy. He has a proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing and resilient organizations, even under time pressure and challenging circumstances. Since 2017, Ted has held global responsibility for export control and customs at Siemens Healthineers. Leading a global team of 150 professionals across 16 countries, he ensures compliant and efficient export control and customs processes for every cross-border transaction.

Prior to his experience in global trade, Ted worked as a lawyer within the Legal and Compliance functions of Healthineers. He transitioned into leadership positions in 2008, first as Head of Legal Compliance, then as Division Compliance Officer, and finally as Division General Counsel until 2017.
