Sue Stephens

Sue was named Top 30 Ethnic Minority Leaders in the Financial Times in 2017 for her work with talent from underrepresented backgrounds. She has spent the last fifteen years building her industry experiences, spanning across various job functions including human resources and customer success.

She is currently the Country Lead for Business Growth Malaysia & Philippines at Meta. She leads a team that is responsible for and focuses on supporting the growth of business by helping them scale their impact through digital adoption. Prior to Meta, she was Head of Customer Success at LinkedIn and has held various leadership roles in Europe.

Outside of work, she is an active volunteer with Beyond Social Services and a mentor at Roots Inspire.
