Steve Shillingsburg

Steve Shillingsburg is a results-oriented leader passionate about driving innovation, transformation and disruption through technology. He has 20+ years of experience leading technology organizations through emergence, acquisitions and divestures, methodology rollouts, platform re-architectures, and technology consolidations with a successful track record for growth. Most recently, Steve was the CTO of SKillSurvey where he led the organization through a technology transformation and successful acquisition by iCIMS. He also served as SVP of Product Engineering at Brightly Software, a leading SaaS provider of operations, asset and facilities management solutions, where he led the technology organization through five acquisitions, global expansion, and significant client and revenue growth. Previously, he also led technology organizations for PeopleFluent, a human capital management SaaS provider; Certara, the leader in model-based drug development software solutions; and Thomson Reuters, delivering disruptive product offerings in the life science and healthcare industries. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Scranton.
