Sean Tong

Sean specialises in senior level appointments within the human resources function and oversees regional business strategy in South East Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and India at Frazer Jones. Frazer Jones is a specialist HR search and recruitment consultancy and has the strongest network of HR professionals in Asia Pacific. With his extensive experience, he has been able to deliver results for different types of companies such as global MNCs, Asian conglomerates, private equity firms, SMEs, and start-ups across a range of sectors.

Prior to this, Sean was working in executive search at FTSE250 recruitment consultancy Michael Page International. He progressed quickly and lead the HR & Technology practices with teams of over 10 consultants. Notable accomplishments during this time include his membership in the Senior Leadership Team, his consistent top performance, and making it to ‘Platinum Club’ in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Before entering the recruitment industry, he began his career in Corporate Advisory (M&A and IPOs) at PwC and Nexia International, where he worked in China, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
