Juhn Teo

Juhn is the Co-Founder and Director of The Flexi Group, a collection of flexible workspace brands with 45 locations in 12 cities across Asia Pacific and Australia.

Previously working in a traditional office environment, Juhn realised his true calling from a chance conversation he had with Erman Akinci on coworking spaces while at a site recce. The duo started Common Ground with Juhn as CEO, redefining flexible coworking spaces across Southeast Asia so that companies could grow together. Drawing on his experience and expertise in real estate, Juhn grew the business – building a vibrant community and overseeing the overall strategic operations of Common Ground.

Prior to founding Common Ground, he was the CEO of Guocoland Tower REIT, a publicly listed REIT on the main board of the KLSE with a market cap of $550 million. He also served in various positions in real estate development, investment management and business development for companies in Australia, U.K. and Malaysia.
