Emily has over 15 years of experience in integrated brand management, strategic communications and consumer engagement across local and multinational brands in the corporate, consumer and government sectors. She is the former Executive Group Director at Ogilvy, where she oversaw the day-to-day agency management for the PR and Influence capability and talent agenda, spearheaded business development, managed key client relationships and built greater connectivity across the Ogilvy network.

As the youngest-ever head of Ogilvy Singapore’s PR business, Emily has steered Ogilvy to win the top PR Agency of the Year titles time after time since 2015. She was behind the award-winning SingTel Hawker Heroes campaign starring Gordon Ramsay which revived national interest in Singapore’s hawker heritage. She also ran the worldwide publicity for Tiger Street Football campaigns with iconic football celebrities, Wayne Rooney and Edgar Davids as Ambassadors, and the CSR campaign, ‘From Hunger to Hope’ for YUM! Foods (world’s largest restaurant company with brands - KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell).

Emily sits on the board of the Industry Advisory Council at the National University of Singapore for the Communication and New Media programme and serves as a mentor for gender equality initiative #herOgilvy. Emily was also honoured on Campaign Asia-Pacific’s 40 under 40 in 2018.
