Most individuals who have dedicated their careers to learning and talent development have spent a majority of their time in HR. Christopher is different from most. He’s a bold, digital-first learning and talent development leader that’s always reported directly to the business functions he’s served. As a result, he’s spent his career leading the reimagination of learning and talent development across a variety of industries, while going head-to-head with business operation leaders and being directly accountable for the outcomes.
As the Head, Global Digital Learning at GE Healthcare, Christopher leads the organisation accountable for the digital transformation of learning and talent development within GE Healthcare's global commercial and marketing functions. Before GE Healthcare, he was with AbbVie as a Global Head of Learning and Talent Development, where he led strategic development, communication, and execution of AbbVie’s global learning and talent development programmes.
Christopher is also a host at Learning Tech Talks where he is critically evaluating the latest in learning technology to close the gap between the companies that build it and the leaders responsible for selecting, implementing and managing it.
