Arseny Chernov

As a family business, Arseny and his wife run a Singapore-based endurance coaching platform called Foodbuddy. What started as an app, transformed into a prominent Instagram @foodbuddy and a place for talented coaches to guide their mentees both in-person and remotely, to become leaner, faster, more endurant. Arseny is also currently Cloud Program Manager at Google.

With the support of the knowledge attained when studying to graduate the Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science, Arseny was on the podium of 166km Ultra-marathons, Ironman triathlons (swim 3.8 km, bike 180.0 km, run 42.2 km, Personal Best of 10h 39min) and 600-km long bike legs through Malaysia. The endurance journey, from 110 kg obese "ang moh" to one of the regional heroes in long-distance endurance amateur sports, as well as experiences from multiple other coaches, are shared to Foodbuddy followers and mentees as stories, workshops, 1:1-s and nutrition interventions.
