At Ulta, she created and led Ulta Beauty’s enterprise transformation, including shaping and building the Transformation Office. She has also spearheaded transformative initiatives like Conscious Beauty, emphasizing sustainability and transparency. Her journey began in financial services before transitioning to Deloitte Consulting, where she honed her skills in growth and transformation strategies. Beyond her corporate role, Laura serves on the Board of Directors for Nanophase Technologies and Youth Guidance, reflecting her commitment to both business and community impact. She holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
