Phew, we’re at the end! If you’ve been listening throughout the whole Trail, we’re sure you’ll agree this topic becomes more complex the more you learn. As our society and economy continue to evolve, it’s clear that many of the issues we’ve discussed in this Trail are not just personal issues. Parental leave, childcare, invisible work - we need more people to realize the wider reaching impact these things have on the health of our organizations and economy, not to mention the wellbeing of millions of people the world over.
