Tiffany Carter

Tiffany has over 15 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources including talent development, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, and management coaching. The majority of her career has been in manufacturing and distribution environments, including her most recent position with FedEx Supply Chain where she spent 5 years as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner supporting two different client facilities. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Tiffany has been with IDEMIA since July of 2022 and is a Senior Human Resource Business Partner supporting SET. Tiffany also supports the sales function and Connectivity Services within SET. She provides high level support and guidance to the SET Senior leaders.
