Jair Clarke is the Chairman’s Executive Advisor and board advisor of World Wide Technology ($20B company) and the CEO/Chief AI Officer of Laigic, an A.I. and tech advisory firm of C-level Fortune 15 consultants & physicians. Previously, Jair was a Microsoft global CTO for a $175B+ business that grew a team of 20 to a $1B+ organization (leading thousands of team members) responsible for commercial systems, artificial intelligence, and products across all industries for Customers and Partner Solutions. Within this organization, Jair was responsible for all technology and processes at scale to empower customers, partners, sellers. Jair is a board of directors member of the publicly traded company Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF). Jair’s career with 4 Fortune 50 companies (Lockheed Martin, IBM, Disney, & Microsoft) has been featured in interviews, articles, podcasts and more. He’s overseen worldwide innovation, product management, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data science, emerging tech & experiences and more. Previously, Jair was responsible for strategizing and executing every combination of Microsoft products and services (including Industry Clouds) to enable digital transformation. His experience covers a plethora of industries (Health, Financial Services & Insurance, Energy, Media & Entertainment, Technology, Retail, Sales, Products, Public Sector & more).
Prior to Microsoft, Jair was responsible for Disney’s big data, digital analytics, and strategy technologies supporting the Chief Commercial Officer to influence traditional/non-traditional monetization, products, and experiences such as mobile apps, wearable devices, ecommerce etc.
Jair was a leader for IBM’s Watson, held a U.S. Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance, oversaw all technical capabilities for the United States counter-narcotics command partnering with various government agencies (e.g. CIA, FBI), increased business revenue by 800% within 2 years, and consistently doubled annual revenue. He’s had global P&L responsibility and held roles as the executive champion of diversity and inclusion.
He personally engineered humanitarian assistance software between the United States & 27 African countries (personally delivering the software to each country president).
Jair’s been recognized by the National Diversity Council, and received the following honors: Top 100 CTO Award, Top 100 Most Influential African American Leaders In Business, 10x Disney Global Technology Vibrancy Award, 8x U.S. Military Admiral/General Commander Coin Award, 3x Disney Global Technology Award, Lockheed Martin Corporate STAR Award, featured in Lockheed Martin & IBM publications, multiple IBM excellence awards, and the honorary speaker for the National Symposium. Jair’s a University of Miami alum and helped win a football national championship. Jair and his family reside in Florida.
