Director, Asean Talent Development Leader
Elaine Lim is EY’s Asean Talent Development Leader. In her 25 years of experience, she has successfully managed global projects in a variety of industries and led virtual and physical teams implementing many talent transformation projects. In her role, Elaine focuses on engaging with EY leadership to understand their business priorities and align the future of learning to their strategic talent initiatives. The work she does brings life to our EY promise of an “Exceptional Experience” for our people. This includes digitization of key learning programs such as EY Badges (online learning platforms), Asean Leadership Academy and various sector specific programs. She is also focused on well-being, high performance teaming, diversity and inclusiveness (D&I) and design thinking. Elaine is actively involved in the deployment of talent transformation projects across Asean including counseling/ coaching excellence, and leadership development initiatives to enhance team capabilities in alignment with our internal Transformative Leadership model. Elaine’s keen support for coaching has resulted in the region being one of the few to have officially appointed a Coaching Leader. She personally coaches newly promoted Partners and high-potential senior managers. She is also part of the EY Asia-Pacific coaching network.
