Simon has worked in and run major consulting projects with iconic companies such as Coca-Cola, Samsung, Friesland Campina, Treasury Wine Estates, AACo, Diageo, Carlsberg, Suntory, Galderma, BAT, Abbott Laboratories, and Mondelez. He has over 25 years of experience in various industries such as healthcare, consumer electronics, retail consulting and FMCG. Simon specialises in shopper and category strategy development, omni-channel and customer leadership, revenue management, organisational performance and capability building. He also has a great passion for driving digital commerce commercial transformation. He’s currently the Regional Sales Director for Asia Pacific at Exceedra. Spending over seven years based in Singapore and working across Southeast Asia has given Simon an intimate understanding of both the offline and online retail environments in Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos, as well as those in Australia and New Zealand.
