Nils Michaelis




Nils brings more than 23 years of experience in growing businesses and leading transformation – across multiple industries ranging from banking to retail, luxury goods, consumer products, travel & hospitality, automotive and media. He’s worked with clients on every continent except for Antarctica. Nils is currently the Industry Transformation Lead for the consumer facing industries for Growth Markets (Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and Latin America) at Accenture. In this role Nils advises clients in their digital and innovation strategies and supports their growth and business transformation through execution across three speeds of innovation – transforming their core business, growing their core business and driving new business – often evolving from core products to services and experiences. A big emphasis in Nils’ work lies on customer and employee experience and how to enable innovation and it’s adoption across the front, back and global stages of organisations as well as orchestrating powerful ecosystems. Prior to Accenture, Nils has worked in strategy consulting and global leaders in consumer facing industries, such as McKinsey, American Express, and Bertelsmann.
