Matthew has over 20 years of experience in driving innovation and creativity in the Asia-Pacific region. As CEO of Nutrition Innovation, Matthew is responsible for developing the business globally, reporting into the Board, Shareholders and Founders. Nutrition Innovation technology empowers global mills and refineries to produce Nucane, a family of innovative healthier sugar reduction, replacement solutions. Prior to this role, Matthew was the President of Young & Rubicam Asia for over seven years, where he oversaw the operations of Y&R Advertising, VML and LabStore operations in the region which total 38 Offices in 13 countries. A powerful change-agent, his expertise has helped companies build brands in the world’s largest markets while developing successful global campaigns. Matthew has extensive experience of M&A activity, particularly in India, China and Korea and has successfully established over 20 offices across the region. In 2015, Matthew won the Mumbrella Asia-Pacific CEO Of The Year Award. He was also a finalist for Campaign’s APAC CEO of the Year Awards in 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. In addition, Matthew was named Marketing’s Agency Professional of the Year and voted by the Industry as one of Campaign's Most Admired Leaders in Asia-Pacific.
