Almost a third of all women globally are subjected to some form of physical and sexual violence by their partner according to estimates by The World Health Organization. Naushaba Salahuddin, Director and Head of PR & Communications at Zilingo, and Presiding Officer of the Internal Complaints Committee under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Workplace Act of India, was one of these women.
